Join the UK’s largest Kubota agricultural and ground care dealer and work with the industry’s top machinery brands. We’re looking for a passionate Groundcare Hire Service Technician to join our expert team at our Chesham branch.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain ground care and agricultural machinery.

Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.

Complete machinery inspections prior to customer delivery and upon return.

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Keep accurate records of all jobs and parts used.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.

Support the Hire Coordinator in delivering operational excellence.

Complete hire machinery deliveries and collections as required.

Experience working with garden, ground care, agricultural, or related machinery.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnostics.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

A self-starter who also thrives in a team environment.

Full UK driving licence required.

Competitive salary (£32,000–£35,000 per year) and a full-time, permanent role.
