• Safely operate company dump trucks to haul materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and debris to and from job sites
• Maintain compliance with all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and procedures
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness
• Load and unload materials while adhering to proper safety and weight distribution guidelines
• Coordinate with job site managers, dispatch, and field teams for timely deliveries
• Keep accurate driver logs and delivery records
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles
• Promote and uphold 360 Services of VA’s safety and operational standards

• Valid CDL Class A & B license with a clean driving record
• 3+ years of experience operating dump trucks in a construction or infrastructure environment (at times will need to drive a trailered vehicle)
• Proven experience operating 4500 diesels with gooseneck trailers and loaded up with skid steers, excavators, etc.
• Must be able to drive a Manual transmission
• Familiarity with local and state transportation regulations
• Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight construction sites and public roadways
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Willingness to assist with general labor when needed on‑site
• Must pass a DOT drug screening and background check

• Onsite across Virginia – primarily on VDOT and municipal project sites
