We are seeking a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Coach for an on-site, part-time role at our Chesapeake, VA location. The Group Fitness Coach will lead dynamic and engaging Orange theory group workout sessions, ensuring participants of all fitness levels feel supported and motivated. This position involves coaching, providing real-time feedback, monitoring members  safety and progress, and creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Coaches also offer personalized modifications based on individual needs and engage members to help them achieve their fitness objectives while building a sense of community.

• Strong knowledge and application of fitness concepts, including strength and cardiovascular training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate diverse groups of participants
• Proven ability to deliver interactive and engaging workouts; group fitness certification is highly beneficial
• Basic technical knowledge to operate heart rate monitors and fitness tracking systems
• Caring and team-oriented mindset to create a positive and inclusive environment for all members
• Flexibility to adapt to varied member fitness levels and provide personalized guidance
