The Life Coach supports individuals in achieving personal, emotional, and professional goals through structured coaching sessions, accountability, and skills development. The role focuses on helping clients improve decision‑making, build confidence, manage stress, and develop actionable life plans in collaboration with mental‑health professionals when necessary.
Life coaches guide clients through goal‑setting, self‑awareness exercises, and structured development plans to promote lasting personal change.
Key Responsibilities- Client Coaching & Support
- Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions with clients to clarify goals and create action plans.
- Support clients in improving areas such as career, relationships, stress management, and life balance.
- Encourage personal accountability and motivation.
- Provide structured feedback and progress reviews.
- Goal Planning & Personal Development
- Assist clients in identifying life challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Develop customized coaching strategies and development plans.
- Track client progress and adjust strategies when needed.
- Collaboration with Mental Health Professionals
- Work alongside psychologists, therapists, and counselors to support client wellbeing.

- Provide group coaching sessions for personal development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or related field.
- Life coaching certification or training preferred.
- 2+ years experience in coaching, counseling support, or mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of coaching ethics and professional standards.
