Full-time, 40 hours. Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM or 7:45 AM‑4:45 PM with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break. 9 openings.

Unqualified:
52,000 ($25.00/hr). Candidates with a CSAC, CADC, or equivalent certification/license are eligible for 58,000 ($27.88/hr).

Indian Creek Correctional Center houses 1,060 male inmates and operates one of the largest Therapeutic Community Treatment Programs in the nation.

• Provision of counseling services including group programming and meetings, individual counseling, case management services, and clinical documentation.
• Working closely with Virginia Department of Corrections personnel to ensure quality services and promote a healing environment where people with substance use disorders can learn to live in recovery as returning citizens.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field is required.
• State certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Virginia or similar certification/license recognized by the Virginia Board of Professional Counselors is required within two (2) years of signing job description.
