Location: Chesapeake, VA

Essential Functions:

• Video, record, and document the condition and location of underground pipelines with a CCTV inspection truck.
• Direct and supervise a Locator assisting with project tasks.
• Travel throughout the Southeast; typical trips 1‑2 weeks at a time.
• Complete and submit required reports and project data regularly.
• Adhere to and enforce safety standards.
• Plan and execute projects efficiently without direct oversight at all times.
• Coordinate activities with other operators and supervisors.

Required:

• CCTV experience.
• MS Excel experience.
• Good driving record.

Preferred:

• PACP certification and experience.
• GPS experience.

Experience:

• 2 years with the above tasks and skills.
