Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join one of their flagship residential communities in Chesapeake, VA. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to deliver high-quality installations, start-ups, and maintenance services.

• Complete residential HVAC system installations and finals.

• Install registers, grilles, pads, and condensers.

• Wire in thermostats and verify functionality.

• Solder copper line-sets to condensers with precision.

• Pressurize systems with nitrogen to test for leaks.

• Perform vacuum testing to ensure system integrity.

• Start up systems and confirm proper operation.

• Support the maintenance team with general building systems as needed.
