Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at a tech and telecommunications location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, parking areas, loading and delivery zones, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor and respond to alarms, access control alerts, and video surveillance activity, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts per escalation procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, dispatching assistance, and supporting emergency response activities as directed;
Complete security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and relay relevant information during shift turnover and/or to Allied Universal supervision
