** What You’ll Do
*** Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and compliantly
* Structure deals to maximize profitability while protecting the customer experience
* Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance requirements
* Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain strong deal flow
* Build relationships with lenders and product providers
* Maintain accurate, timely, and complete deal documentation##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
* Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lenders, and compliance
* Track record of consistent PVR and product penetration
* Professional, customer-focused approach to sales
* Strong organizational and communication skills
