This role is designed for experienced in-home, one-call-close sales professionals who build value with homeowners and close confidently on the first visit.

• Structured in-home sales process focused on first-visit closes
• Uncapped commission with realistic six-figure earning potential
• Top performers earn $150,000+, with elite reps approaching or exceeding $200,000

• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
• Identify homeowner needs and present remodeling solutions
• Close sales on the first visit
• Explain pricing and financing options clearly
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing coaching
• Track activity and results in the CRM

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience preferred
• Proven one-call-close ability
• Professional in-home presence and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and availability for evenings and weekends
• Comfortable using an iPad, CRM, and digital sales tools

• 100% commission-based compensation (uncapped)
• Company vehicle provided

• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more
• Comfortable driving for extended periods
