Priority Toyota Chesapeake is looking for a high-performing F&I Manager who knows how to maximize profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and compliantly
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while protecting the customer experience
• Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance requirements
• Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain strong deal flow
• Build relationships with lenders and product providers
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete deal documentation

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lenders, and compliance
• Track record of consistent PVR and product penetration
• Professional, customer-focused approach to sales
• Strong organizational and communication skills
