Account Manager (Inside Sales) Base salary $45,000 plus commissions and bonus opportunities; $55,000 to $75,000 total compensation for first year, with $85,000 to $95,000+ possible by year three. Benefits include 401K matching, healthcare with dental and vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

The Inside Sales Account Manager is primarily focused on building and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial flooring professional Members. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for selling new Pro Source Memberships, servicing member accounts and assuring profitability of each assigned account. Working in a well-maintained showroom environment, you will generate Members from your assigned prospect territory, meet with Members who visit the showroom, maintain relationships with current and previous Members, and provide excellent support to Pro Source Members and their Clients.

• Contact prospects to set up showroom visits and establish rapport
• Conduct showroom tours for member prospects and walk-in visitors
• Maintain professional knowledge about flooring products to better sell to and service Members and their Clients
• Take flooring orders and confirm material arrival and delivery with Members
• Assist with showroom promotions and events
• Re-establish communication with former Members who have not recently purchased from Pro Source
• Follow up with Members regarding orders, estimates and quotes

• Ability to write effective business correspondence
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of Members, clients, and the public
• Ability to understand and communicate numerical data, including discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and general internet competency

• Schedule: Monday to Friday;
  Weekends as needed
• Work Location: In person
