Salary: $18.31 per hour + DOE. Pay Plan/Series/Pay Band: NF-1106-03.

Work Schedule:
Full Time (30–40 hours/week).
Location:
Chesapeake, VA – Headquarters.
- Assists Buyer/Associate Buyer or Assistant Buyer to maximize sales and profitability through implementation of strategy, analysis, and reaction to sales trends.
- Works under general supervision but operates independently within CSC/CGX policies, procedures, and regulations. Exercises independent judgment and consults with supervisor on policy matters, deviations or unusual situations.
- Maintains professionalism, courteous behavior, teamwork, and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintains collaborative partnerships with vendors and internal/external colleagues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of general experience in merchandising, administration or an Associate’s degree.
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
- This is a white‑collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in retail, business administration or related field.
- Experience working in a team/collaborative environment.
- Experience with business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in Merchandise Information System in a multi‑store environment.
- Experience in a retail or e‑commerce environment in sales, merchandising or customer service.
