Perform store opening and closing tasks and Front-End processes to ensure operational readiness;
Coordinate with Operations Manager to optimize staffing and adherence to timekeeping and labor standards;
Plan and execute daily and weekly zone workload; assign tasks to achieve store and sales goals;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to ensure profitable store operations;
Train, coach, and assess team members; conduct team huddles to improve the customer experience
