.

• As a bartender you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
• Mix and pour drinks as well as take food orders
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers  excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons
• Collect money for drinks served
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Wait on tables, as a server, when needed
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employee’s manager

• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be dependable
• At least one year previous bartender experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items
• Must be able to provide an excellent guest experience
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
