We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and exceptional customer service in a busy urgent care environment
• Assist providers with general nursing duties and clinical procedures
• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate records in the EMR
• Administer medications and injections per provider orders, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
• Update patient records during each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history
• Respond to patient phone calls, provide clinical guidance when appropriate, and route messages to providers
• Support clinic operations across multiple urgent care locations as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current, active Virginia LPN license required
• Solid understanding of nursing principles and clinical procedures
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
• Ability to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Flexibility to travel between urgent care sites as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude
