Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with ≥2 years' pain management experience to provide comprehensive care for qualified patients in a clinic setting.
- Must have active VA license, DEA, and be in good standing.
- Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, review imaging, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe therapies, and educate patients on their conditions.
- Perform or assist with pain procedures, document visits accurately, and ensure compliance with licensing and practice protocols.
- Travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA, is required; relocation to Chesapeake before starting is necessary.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, no weekends or call.
