Overview

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The role focuses on care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and other conditions encountered in Med-Surg units. Med-Pro Staffing is a Joint Commission-certified provider of contract staffing services since 1983.

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medications and treatments to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team.

• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility
