Extruder Operator – Full‑Time | Manufacturing | Career Growth

Ready to level up your extrusion career? We’re hiring an experienced Extruder Operator to support high‑volume production in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. If you have 1–2+ years of extrusion, plastics, or polymer processing experience and enjoy working with machinery, quality checks, and fast‑paced production, this is a strong next step.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion lines, ensuring consistent product quality and throughput.
• Set up machines according to production specs, including temperature settings, tooling changes, and material adjustments.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and complete accurate production and quality control documentation.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and manufacturing standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet daily output and quality goals.

• Experience:
  
  1–2+ years as an Extruder Operator or Machine Operator in plastics, polymer, rubber, or industrial manufacturing.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read work instructions, use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges), and understand machine operations.
• Quality Focus:
  Strong attention to detail with experience performing visual inspections, measurements, and basic troubleshooting.
