**### What You’ll Do
* Organize workforce, materials, and machines to complete production plans.
* Train, coach, and motivate operators on
** safe work practices
** and company procedures.
* Monitor quality standards through operator inspections and testing.
* Manage workforce schedules, machine utilization, and material consumption.
* Conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and foster
** team morale and development**.
* Drive
** continuous process improvement
** to optimize operations.
* Maintain required certifications, including forklift operation.### What You Bring
* High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
* 3+ years manufacturing experience; supervisory experience a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Strong math, communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. Lead a team, ensure quality, and drive excellence on the production line with Mitsubishi Chemical.
** The salary range for this position is $73.050-$91,312. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.*
