As the Training & Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. You will join the Navy and Marine Corps Sector to guide a multi‑disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals and support the training and development efforts for Anti‑Submarine Warfare (ASW) command and control systems for the Department of Navy (DON), Department of War (DoW), and other government agency projects.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate operations across multiple projects; formulate policies, oversee daily operations, and manage the use of materials and human resources; serve as the overall training and development manager and administrator for the contracted effort, reporting directly to the contract Program Manager.

• Planning, developing, and managing the delivery of training products and training equipment to support fleet introduction and sustainment of ASW systems, including classroom, onboard, and mobile training solutions.
• Supporting ASW training initiatives approved by the Surface and Expeditionary Warfare Training Committee (SEWTC), including the development of interactive training courseware and the establishment of mobile training systems.
• Coordinating shipboard and shore‑based training during installation, testing, and post‑delivery phases, including On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) for ship’s force personnel.
• Ensuring training materials, technical manuals, and procedures are updated to reflect system changes and delivered in accordance with applicable Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Navy training standards.
• Travel:
  Up to 15%.

• Possess and maintain an active DoW Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree with 5 years of direct Navy Training & Development experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 9 years direct Navy Training & Development experience; alternatively 15 years of direct Navy Training & Development experience.
• US citizenship.
• Onsite position located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
