Commercial Cleaning Manager​/Supervisor

Supervises:
Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees

Basic Function:
Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to clients are fulfilled, and that work is completed on time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company, offering opportunities for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
• Hire employees
• Conduct site inspections and follow-up plans
• Manage labor budget in assigned areas
• Develop strategies to come into budget alignment if over budget
• Manage and evaluate the time-keeping system
• Schedule work loading for new and existing accounts
• Collaborate with OP management to ensure customer service meets expectations; ultimate responsibility lies with you
• Work closely with the OP management team, follow up on tasks, and address issues such as poor inspections
• Assist in building the management team as needed and within budget, under the guidance of OP Senior Management
• Report nightly via an area manager’s written report, covering time, activities, and tasks performed or pending
• Attend weekly staff meetings to report on activities, tasks, and problem-solving efforts
• Manage all aspects of the general operation of your designated area
• Work flexible hours as needed, including a minimum of 40 hours per week, potentially up to 45 hours
• Achieve performance-based incentives (bonuses) based on KPIs
• Ensure assigned hours are cleaned regularly or as needed

Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
