This is an on-site role for an Information Technology Technician located in Chesapeake, VA. The IT Technician will manage day-to-day troubleshooting, provide technical support, and resolve system issues. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, assisting clients with their technical needs, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves conducting training sessions on IT processes and contributing to operational system updates and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Expertise in Technical Support and Information Technology systems
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service in a technical setting
- Experience in providing Training for IT tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
