- Develop deep expertise in Q‑Free MAXTIME intersection control and Q‑Free Kinetic Mobility central system products.
- Perform release testing of MAXTIME and DYNAMIC software across multiple cabinet environments.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, collaborating with software development to resolve customer challenges.
- Deliver engaging product training sessions—both remote and on-site.
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, in person, and through the Q‑Free ticketing portal.
- Build strong working relationships with distributor and agency traffic signal technicians.
- 5+ years of experience as a traffic signal technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of NTCIP 1202-compliant intersection control software.
- Strong understanding of NEMA, ATC, and TEES traffic signal cabinet types.
- Extensive electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Public agency experience preferred.
- Understanding of Q-Free MAXTIME intersection control.
- IMSA Traffic Signal Technician III preferred.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
