• Develop deep expertise in Q‑Free MAXTIME intersection control and Q‑Free Kinetic Mobility central system products.
• Perform release testing of MAXTIME and DYNAMIC software across multiple cabinet environments.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, collaborating with software development to resolve customer challenges.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions—both remote and on-site.
• Provide responsive technical support via phone, in person, and through the Q‑Free ticketing portal.
• Build strong working relationships with distributor and agency traffic signal technicians.

• 5+ years of experience as a traffic signal technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of NTCIP 1202-compliant intersection control software.
• Strong understanding of NEMA, ATC, and TEES traffic signal cabinet types.
• Extensive electrical troubleshooting experience.

• Public agency experience preferred.
• Understanding of Q-Free MAXTIME intersection control.
• IMSA Traffic Signal Technician III preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
