You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Desk Associate. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
What You'll Do- Greet guests and complete the registration/check-in process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest information and room rate, selecting rooms, and coding electronic keys.
- Assist guests with check-out, including ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for.
- Ensure prompt delivery of final bills to guests.
- Communicate hotel services and promotions.
- Process forms of payment.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
