We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Advanceable ABA NC. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and support, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our efforts.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct assessments, data collection, and performance tracking to measure client progress and inform treatment decisions
• Implement and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or occupational therapy) preferred
• 0 years of experience as a Behavior Technician, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver s license (if applicable)

• $24 - $26 BI-WEEKLY
