Summary
Under direct supervision, assists the MRI/CT Manager and/or CEO in operating a variety of computerized radiological equipment for diagnostic purposes and performs related duties as required. Assists in the CT and MRI radiology department’s day-to-day operations. Assists in training new CT/MRI Technologists and keeps training documentation organized and up to date.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Keep all patient documents in CT organized and updated.
- Assist with training new and existing CT and MRI Technologists.
- Assist MRI/CT Manager with the monthly schedule for the CT Department.
- Assist with ordering supplies needed for the CT Department.
- Review all diagnostic imaging requests for appropriateness based on clinical information provided.
- Demonstrate a commitment to flexible work scheduling when necessary to ensure patient care.
- Carefully review answers to safety questions.
- Obtain images, produce film records and backups from desk to storage media, and transfer from desk to workstation.
Supervises: CT and MRI Technologists in the MRI and CT Departments

Education And ExperiencePreferred Education:
2+ years of experience in MRI and CT
Experience:
2+ years of experience in both MRI and CT
CT Certified ARRT within 1 year
MRI Certified ARRT within 1 year
