Allied Travel Careers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320. Our client is seeking an experienced PT for a Days shift position in Chesapeake, Virginia. This therapy role is based in the 91000 | Physical Therapist | Home Health and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent PT experience.
Position Requirements- Active Virginia license and/or Compact license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience
- 2 current clinical references
- Current resume
- Physical exam (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Titers – MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
