Aya Locums is seeking CRNAs for a locum assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a high-acuity role at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a fast-paced environment.

Contract Length: 12 months

Schedule:

4x10s (8:00 AM 6:00 PM), option for 8s or 12s
Coverage:
Scheduled shifts with optional call
Setting:
Acute Care Hospital, Level 1 Trauma
Charting:
Epic
Support Model:
Care team model (1:4 supervision)
Sites: 3 total (1 Level 1 Trauma, 2 community hospitals)
Hospital Size: 700 beds

Case Mix:
Large Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic. No hearts or pediatrics required for locums. CRNAs administer their own drugs and perform epidurals, spinals, and arterial lines.

Requirements:

Active VA license (or issued within 72 hours)
Board Certified (grandfathered acceptable)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Level 1 Trauma experience required
Comfortable floating between sites
Must be open to call (beeper system; approx. twice per month)
