Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic)
Responsibilities- Design personalized treatment plans using a combination of stretching, strengthening, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, heat, ice) to support patient recovery.
- Lead therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve strength, flexibility, and function.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, good posture, and movement strategies to empower self-care.
- Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain a positive, results-focused environment and support patients in returning to active lifestyles.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
