This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines during active bid cycles. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, Project Managers, and field leadership to help ensure bids are thorough, well-organized, and aligned with MEB’s standards.

To succeed, you must demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to supporting MEB’s core values. Quality, health, and safety standards must remain a priority in all aspects of your work.

Whether you are a recent graduate looking to begin your career in estimating or an early-career professional seeking to grow in heavy civil construction, this role provides hands‑on training, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a clear path toward becoming a full Estimator.
