Project Manager​/P.E

AES Consulting Engineers is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing team in our Chesapeake office. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of site development projects, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, utility design, erosion and sediment control (E&S), and the preparation and review of construction plans, specifications, and engineering reports. In addition to technical oversight, this role requires direct client interaction, proposal development, contract management, and coordination with review agencies and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred: Current/recent proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Required: VA Licensed Professional Engineer – P.E., Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, or equivalents; 7+ years of experience in land development & public works projects; supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans and rezonings, managing engineering design teams, and developing client relationships.
