• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Caring for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and maintain licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• At least 18 years old.
