A thriving physician-led ophthalmology practice in Norfolk, Virginia, is recruiting a new provider to meet growing demand.

This role offers an immediate patient panel, a predictable Monday-to-Friday schedule, and the opportunity to tailor your practice with cataract and glaucoma cases, while enjoying the rewards of a supportive and efficient work environment.

Schedule:

Standard 8 AM-5 PM weekdays, with the option for a 4.5-day work week

Exceptional Compensation & Perks

High-Earning Potential:
Guaranteed base salary of $425K - $475K with 30% collections sharing for total earnings well above market
Sign-on bonus:
$50,000

Candidate Requirements

MD/DO with completion of ophthalmology residency.
Board certification or eligibility required
Training or interest in cataract and/or glaucoma management encouraged
