• Chairside excellence:
  Experience assisting with restorative and cosmetic procedures preferred.
• Strong organizational skills:
  Ability to anticipate, plan, and keep the day running smoothly.

• Prior experience in a private dental setting is a plus, especially with complex care, but we’re open to a highly capable candidate who shares our values and commitment to excellence. Minimum requirements are Virginia X-ray certification and 1 year dental assisting experience.
