In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create customized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing documentation, and maintaining clear records.
You will also assist with updates, itinerary adjustments, and client questions before, during, and after travel to ensure plans remain organized and accurate. This role focuses on dependable service and attention to detail rather than direct sales.
