Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Luck Stone, Gilmerton Yard, located in Chesapeake is currently seeking a Customer Service and Dispatch Associate. This position will ensure customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling order requests, efficiently utilizing resources and communicating with team members, sales and operations.
Responsibilities- Direct, control and participate in order fulfillment (order taking, dispatch, scale operations and ticket handling up). Assign contract and private haul trucks to order and customer. Execute accurate mapping and directions, adapt to city or rural geography and apply common weight restrictions.
- Deliver solutions and meet customer demands with exceptional customer service.
- Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
- Cash box management, credit card transactions and processing customer deposits. Perform account adjustments as needed.
- Min 3 years work experience in a position(s) where high level customer service is crucial
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Flexible self- starter who has proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Technically savvy who can make decisions based on reports and data
- Collaborative spirit who can build relationships with team members, customers, drivers and internal stake holders
- Critical thinker who can analyze information and utilize resources in the most efficient manner
- Creative problem solver who can adapt and adjust to last minute changes
- Poised and calm under pressure in a deadline driven environment
The hours for this position are 6:30am-4pm
Pay range starts at $21.77 per hour. Starting pay can increase if individual has relevant skills and experience evaluated through the interview process.
Paid time 1/2 OT, vacation, personal days, well being days, medical, dental, vision, 401K w/match, pension, tuition assistance for degree or certifications.
