Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures;
Assist guests and respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through and resolve issues via Make it Right;
Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts;
Maintain an organized and clean front desk, lobby, and guest areas in compliance with standards;
Sell ESA value to inquiries and strive to convert them into reservations and occupied rooms
