As a Customer Service Clerk II
, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Processing utility account information and payments with accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing support for community outreach programs and initiatives.
- Reviewing and analyzing customer accounts including meter readings, water consumption, billing details and adjustments.

Required Qualifications- VOCATIONAL / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
:
Requires high school diploma or GED and any combination of education and experience equivalent to satisfactory completion of one year of college education in bookkeeping or a closely related field. - EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
:
In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this position requires a minimum of six months of related, full-time equivalent experience. - SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
