We are seeking an Estimator to lead preconstruction and bidding efforts for commercial construction projects focused on K‑12 education and public works.

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages for K 12 and public works projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate scopes and pricing strategies
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and complete proposals
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership during preconstruction to support budgeting, value engineering, and award transitions

• Proven experience as an Estimator on commercial construction projects, with K 12 and public works exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of public bid requirements, prevailing wage, and government procurement processes
• Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software, along with strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a deadline driven environment
