This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesapeake, VA. The Project Manager will oversee their Division 8 jobs from submittal acceptance to the close-out paperwork. Planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the required standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and end-users, managing project timelines and resources, supervising a dream team of installers that we currently have, and addressing any issues that arise during projects.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining clear communication and ensuring project goals align with organizational objectives.

• Project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure project success
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency with Quickbooks, Excel, word, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred
