• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to compute material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and refine estimates
• Develop bid proposals and present estimates to leadership and stakeholders
• Perform take-offs, quantity surveys, and value engineering assessments
• Maintain and update estimating databases, templates, and historical cost data
• Support pre-construction planning and post-bid analysis

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in commercial construction
• Proven track record of preparing accurate bids for projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
