What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment with precision.
- Perform board‑level repairs and functional testing to ensure top performance.
- Assemble electrical devices and components using hand and power tools.
- Conduct manual rework and troubleshooting on electrical devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all tasks.
- Collaborate with a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Experience: 3–5 years in an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.
- Education: Associate Degree in Electronics preferred.
- Certifications: IPC soldering certification a plus.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, Windows XP/7, and proficiency with tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. - Attention to Detail: Ability to read schematics, follow technical documentation, and meet strict quality standards.

Skills:
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Consistent
Schedule:
Enjoy a steady day shift from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM. - Comfortable Environment: Work in a clean, climate‑controlled facility designed for focus and productivity.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
