Job Summary

Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist – responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences while supporting our tax professionals. Focus is on client satisfaction today and building strong relationships for the future.

Location:

Chesapeake, VA.

Typical Day

Your work will be centered around helping others. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, building client relationships that grow stronger year over year.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients based on their preferences.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales or marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Able to multi‑task effectively.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
