Your role is all about delivering world-class customer service while keeping our units looking their best—maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness for every guest.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the department in achieving agreed budgetary targets set through joint ownership of units alongside your team and managers.
• Provide world class customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Supporting the department in delivering daily revenue targets
• Ensuring the stores always look well-presented and that processes are being followed correctly, allowing for a safe & successful environment.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Experience of Retail or Leisure environment is encouraged but not essential

Additional Considerations
