Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery (Global FMCG)

Global FMCG Leader | Hybrid (2–3 days in office vs home)

£60K–£70K + Bonus + Benefits (Full Package)

We’re working with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of their largest UK grocery accounts.

This is a high-profile role within a business renowned for developing future leaders. You’ll own the commercial agenda for a Top 4 grocer, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, supply chain, and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage a Top 4 UK grocery account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons)
  • Deliver sustainable growth across revenue, margin, and market share
  • Own the full P&L and develop strong customer strategies
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams
  • Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at UK and global level
  • Act as a visible leader and role model within the commercial team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong FMCG commercial background (NAM/SNAM experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing Top 4 grocery retailers
  • Confident P&L owner with strong commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • High level of gravitas, ambition, and collaborative leadership style
  • Retail buying experience would also be highly relevant
