Digital Campaign Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Digital Marketing team. You’ll work closely with project teams on projects within the digital arm of one of our biggest clients. You’ll be working closely with regional Demand Generation team on the campaigns they deliver and supporting delivery across digital work streams.

The PMO PM is responsible for overseeing and supporting project management processes in place within the organisation and also introduce improvements along the way. This role involves working closely with programme & project managers, executives, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning, documentation and standards are in place to support successful & standardised approach of delivery.

This role is primarily based in our Chertsey office with the requirement to be there at least 2 days per week. As per all Cheil roles it is a 1 year fixed term contract in the first instance.

• Communicate regional campaigns to local European markets
• Gather local campaigns participation + offer details
• Track campaign results and build execution decks
• Assist in building execution slides
• Work with 3rd parties to plan, activate and execute offers. Act as a bridge between the agency and local markets
• Assist in any other needs from the team Liaise with clients

• Highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
• A good communicator both in written and oral skills
• 6 months to 1 year plus experience as a Junior Project Manager / Traffic Manager / Campaign coordinator or similar role in an advertising/digital agency or digital client-side environment
• Some experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Comfortable using JIRA & Confluence and other similar project management tools.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Document software and document sharing (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Knowledge and interest in the Digital/Technology sector
