At our service in Chertsey, your day will look like this:- Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities live independently,
- Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,
- Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections, specifically sensory & music classes, day trips and group lunches
- Providing respectful personal care where needed,
- Making every day enjoyable — for the people we support, and for you!
No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills — we’ll teach you the rest.
