Accounts Payable Assistant

Matching stock invoices to purchase orders and raising queries promptly
Processing sundry invoices and managing approval workflows
Preparing and running twice-weekly payment runs with accurate posting and allocation
Monitoring supplier ledgers, resolving discrepancies and overdue items
Reconciling supplier accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Supporting month-end, year-end and ad-hoc finance activities
What you’ll bring to the table as an Accounts Payable Assistant

Previous experience within an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
Proven ability to handle high volumes of invoices and payments accurately
Strong reconciliation and query-resolution experience
Good working knowledge of Excel
Experience using Sage and Concur would be advantageous
