Contracts Manager – Sports Flooring

Location : UK-wide

Our client is a market-leading sports flooring contractor working on gyms, schools, arenas, and elite sports venues across the UK. They’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects from pre-start to handover, ensuring smooth delivery, compliance, and high-quality installation.

• Manage full contract lifecycle and documentation.
• Attend pre-start meetings, confirm scope, and record all variations.
• Coordinate subcontractors / operatives (CSCS / SSSTS / DBS), inductions, and site access.
• Conduct pre-start and progress site visits; oversee installations.
• Ensure H&S compliance, RA / MS approval, and risk mitigation.
• Support budgeting, materials purchasing, variations, and final accounts.

• Contract management experience in construction (sports flooring ideal).
• Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised; able to manage multiple sites / projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; training provided on company systems.
